The Trustee Ministry at Lighthouse is devoted to the faithful stewardship of the church’s physical and financial resources. Guided by 1 Corinthians 4:2—”Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful”—our Trustees serve with integrity, wisdom and a deep sense of spiritual responsibility.  From managing budgets and maintaining facilities to overseeing special projects, the Trustees ensure that every aspect of church operations supports the mission of spreading the Gospel and transforming lives.  Their behind-the-scenes work provides a strong, secure, and welcoming foundation that empowers pastors, ministry leaders, and members to focus on worship, discipleship and outreach.  More than just caretakers, the Trustees are called to serve with humility and faith, ensuring that Lighthouse Baptist Church remains a shining beacon of God’s love and hope for generations to come.

The Building Engineer Ministry ensures the church’s facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained to support worship and ministry activities.  From handling repairs and upkeep to overseeing system operations, this ministry works behind the scenes with skill and dedication.  Their faithful service creates a welcoming environment where the church can thrive in its mission to glorify God and serve the community.

The Security Ministry is dedicated to creating a safe and secure environment for all who attend worship services and church events.  With careful observation, discretion and care, the team monitors church grounds, responds to potential concerns and supports emergency preparedness. Their presence provides peace of mind, allowing the congregation to focus on worship and fellowship, knowing they are protected.  Rooted in faith and service, the Security Ministry stands as a watchful and reassuring presence, committed to the safety and well-being of the church family.
